3. Purchasing and Payment

• All prices are listed in NZD and include applicable taxes.
  
  
• Payment is securely processed via our nominated payment gateway.
  
  
• Orders for digital products are available immediately upon successful payment.
  
  
• Orders for physical products will be confirmed via email and shipped within 3 business days.
  

4. Access to Digital Products

• You will receive a confirmation email with links to access your purchased webinar(s) and/or downloads.
  
  
• Access is intended for individual use only. Sharing access links or downloaded files beyond your personal or licensed team use is not permitted.
  
  
• Webinar access remains unlimited from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  
  

5. Shipping (Physical Products Only)

• We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, UK, USA, Canada, India and the Pacific.
  
  
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  
  
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location but are typically within 3-21 business days.
  
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs processes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable and streamed content, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been provided, except in the case of:

• A technical error resulting in duplicate payment
  
  
• An error on our part in providing the incorrect resource

Physical Products

If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
