Megan Gallagher is a deeply experienced educator, coach, and PLD facilitator who brings over 30 years in education to her work with schools and teams. With a background spanning Playcentre, primary teaching, adult education, and national-level leadership in school health initiatives, Megan brings both a wide-angle view of education and a finely tuned understanding of classroom life.
She holds a Diploma of Teaching, a Postgraduate Diploma of Teaching, and a Master of Education, and is known for her engaging and practical approach to professional learning.
Megan’s key areas of interest include brain-based teaching, teacher and student wellbeing, and the design of learning environments that foster creativity, safety, and purpose. She is a strong advocate for the environment as the third teacher, and believes in the role of play pedagogy in building both learning outcomes and human flourishing.
